Plan Your Gift

Common types of Planned Giving include bequests, annuities, and trusts.

A charitable bequest is a type of gift, often in the form of cash, personal property, real estate, stocks, or bonds, that is designated in a will to be given to a group, individual, or organization.

A charitable gift annuity, also referred to as a CGA, is a contract where a donor makes a sizable gift to a charitable cause using cash, securities, or possibly other assets. In return, they become eligible to take a partial tax deduction for their donation, plus they receive a fixed stream of income from the charity for their lifetime.

A trust is a legal arrangement where someone owns and manages property on behalf of one or more beneficiaries that can also be used for regular or planned charitable contributions.
